I am very pleased with the staff's kindness and professionalism. Mr. Nelson Flores assisted me throughout the process. That was my best experience when buying a car. I was nervous at first, but as soon as I met Mr. Nelson Javier Flores, everything went smoothly. He’s very professional and friendly; he made me feel truly welcome. He’s extremely knowledgeable and answers all questions thoroughly. Everyone in the office was courteous and professional, and they helped me get the best deal. I purchased a car from this dealership because they offered online purchasing and free delivery up to 250 miles. Considering I live 3½ hours from Chantilly, I thought this was a great opportunity. They gave me an outstanding offer on my trade-in from the pictures I sent in. Signing the stack of paperwork you always have to sign when purchasing a car was a breeze on the Doc-U-Sign app, just a push on the button. A bit of a hiccup when it came to delivery, but I notified the sales manager, Tony Johnson, and he had my car to me by the end of the day! Everyone I dealt with there were very polite, cooperative, and helpful. If they keep their free delivery policy, I don't think I'll ever buy a car from a different dealership. 100% satisfied!

Amazing service and great price! I recently purchased a used Toyota Tacoma (my first car!) and was helped by AJ who went above and beyond. The truck runs really well, had a fantastic carfax, and they let me have my mechanic do a check before purchase (green flag!). I have already driven it to nyc and back and all the way down to Florida, no problems! Overall, great deal on a car and spectacular customer service.

Great service, short story. I've never purchased a used vehicle before, I've never even test drove a car because I have always just purchased new cars, no need for me to test drive. In my car search I visited ideal car sales on Kearney, nj, the suburban they had was a joke all kind of issues , shouldn't even been for sale. So that terrified me of buying a used vehicle. Until I contacted, Nelson Flores at Capital auto sales. Not only did he address my concerns, I purchased a tahoe online from another state and had them ship the vehicle to me. If anyone knows me im former military, very particular and Nelson absolutely went above and beyond. Sending me videos of the vehicle, keeping me updated and happily helped me with any issues that came up. Heck I noticed that my truck jack was missing later in the day when I received my vehicle, He took care of it. And with the limited warranty I have it made my decision much easier to make. Thanks Nelson Flores, your an amazing guy. People looking at this review ask for him and him only, im not saying that maybe the other sales people aren't going to be outstanding as well , but I didn't care to find out, Nelson if I ever purchased pre-owned again im looking for you. BTW im in Pennsylvania and Capital is in Virginia. That's service.

I succesfully dealt with Nelson at Capital Auto sales by phone, and then flew into Dulles airport to be picked up by him. The airport is conveniently right next to Capital Auto Sales. The vehicle was as described and the paperwork was effortless. Within 2 hours, I drove away in a beautful new BMW X7. A very positive experience, thanks to Nelson. 👍
